Sacred Space Wellbeing is owned and run by Claudine Russell. Claudine has been a Complementary Therapist for 10 years and offers an intuitive and intentional therapy session.
Claudine specialises in Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling. Treatments take place from her cosy cabin in her back garden in Cowes, Isle of Wight.
Claudine is currently training to become a Counsellor, as it is her dream to be able to offer an inclusive hands-on and talking therapy service for those who would like this.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works on specific points on the feet to support balance and relaxation throughout the whole body. Reiki
Energy healing that promotes physical and emotional balance through the gentle placement of hands.
Hopi Ear Candling
A natural method to clear the ears and promote mental clarity and emotional well-being.
